I was born and raised in the Piedmont/Triad area of N.C. I accepted Christ as my Savior when I was 8 years old and was baptized when I was 12 years old. I started my formal religious education two years out of high school because of the Lord's leading in my life during my high school years. I received my B.A. in Biblical Studies from Piedmont Baptist College in 2006, my M.Div. from Tyndale Theological Seminary in 2020, and I am pursuing my D.Min. at Tyndale Theological Seminary. The Lord led my family and me to Trinity Baptist Church in November 2021, where I accepted the position of Senior Pastor.

 

I love to study the Bible, talk about theology, and understand the background, customs, and culture of the people in the Bible. I love to cook, and I can play the guitar (mainly for my own pleasure). I studied Japanese Ju-jitsu for 13 years and received my black belt during that time. I still own my first car, a 1966 Mustang, and have had it restored twice in that time! I also enjoy roasting my own coffee.
